Scam Check

Terms of Use

Last updated: November 7, 2026

These terms apply to your use of Scam Check, operated by Hadayat Mushwani. By using Scam Check you agree to them.

What Scam Check is

Scam Check uses artificial intelligence to give an opinion about whether a message may be a scam. Results can be wrong. A "Looks safe" result does not guarantee a message is safe, and a "Scam" result does not prove it is fraudulent. Always verify by contacting the organization through a phone number or website you already know is real.

Not professional advice

Scam Check does not provide legal, financial or security advice. If you have lost money or shared account details, contact your bank and report the fraud at ReportFraud.ftc.gov.

Fair use

Don't misuse the service, try to break it, overload it, or use it to create or test scams. Free use is limited to a number of checks per day.

No warranty and limits on liability

Scam Check is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that result from relying on a result.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions: hidayatmushwani071@gmail.com.

These terms are governed by the laws of Washington, United States.
